As imagined, trying to connect a new system into a 35+ year old building does not come without challenges. Kelly and his team were instrumental in detecting issues and offering solutions to opportunities that arose during the construction process. King Mechanical's staff were extremely clean and professional while working within the building, which remained 100% occupied during construction, as they had to run plumbing systems from the basement to the 14th floor while dealing with an operational building and functioning systems. The workmanship of the project was fantastic and the communication of project status, issues, opportunities, considerations for value engineering and challenges were critical to the success of the project being completed fn a timely and professional manner.

Additionally, King Mechanical has worked on a variety of plumbing and mechanical issues within our 800,000 square foot commercial and retail portfolio.
